​地域在宅看護学研究室

​ 「健康であることは基本的人権である」

プライマリヘルスケアが宣言されてから半世紀近くの時を経ようとしています。住み慣れた地域で最期まで自分らしく過ごすうえで、在宅看取りや地域医療と介護の連携、日本語を母語としない人の医療ケアのアクセスなど、医療ケアの偏在、健康格差が課題となっています。障がいを持っても安心して暮らせるためのコミュニティを実現するために、当研究室では、”延命から健康寿命へ、生命維持から人生の満足を支える保健へ、生き残りの健康増進から創造の健康実現へ”を理念に、地域住民と共に健康的なコミュニティを創造していくことを目指しています。​

　'Health is a fundamental human right for all'

Nearly half a century has passed since primary health care was declared. However, today's society faces major challenges such as the uneven distribution of health care, such as the lack of progress in home-based end-of-life care and the difficulty in accessing medical care among foreign residents.

What should be done to realise homes and communities where people with disabilities can live with peace of mind? We aim to enhance the wellbeing of individuals and communities, regardless of gender, nationality or age through co-creation with local people.
